演講主題：用看不見的光，說最精采的宇宙

摘　　要：

Many studies have proposed that the evolution of the galaxies are related to the growth of the central super massive black holes (SMBH). In our work, we focus on the X-ray selected active galactic nucleus (AGN) and study the AGN-galaxy coevolution by investigating their host galaxies. I will present the multi-wavelength studies (including UV, optical, infrared, and X-ray) of the AGN host-galaxy properties in the Chandra Deep Field South region. We’ve done the AGN/host galaxy decomposition based on the spectral energy distribution (SED) fitting results using our well-trained AGN-galaxy hybrid templates. We also made corrections for the galactic dust extinction and AGN contribution to get more accurate fluxes from host galaxies. In the color-magnitude diagram, the distribution of AGN host colors also presents bimodality which is similar to normal galaxies. However, there are more AGN hosts appear in the green valley which could be the evolutionary stage between star-forming (blue cloud) and passive (red sequence) galaxies. In the plane of stellar masses vs. star formation rate (SFR), the obscured AGNs also prefer to be in green valley instead of star-forming main sequence. This could be a hint of AGN feedback that quenches the star formation in a host galaxy. I will presents these results in the talk.
