摘要:
Understanding the underlying mechanisms and properties of device materials is vital for improving the performance of devices. The dynamic behaviors of their interactions are pivotal to the fundamental properties of materials. Most of the properties of materials for applications are related to electrons, phonons, photons, and their coupled phenomena such as electron–photon interactions. Ultrafast optical spectroscopy is a unique tool for experimentally observing the dynamics of electrons/phonons in condensed matter. In this talk, I will present a few examples of ultrafast optical measurements of nanomaterials, and what information we can learn for their application for devices.
